Activities:   
 

Rhythm Sticks (motor coordination, rhythm & pitch development – all ages): Click your rhythm sticks to the beat. For each verse, take suggestions from your child and swap out “stickin” with running, skiing, flying, zooming, rolling, hopping, jumping, snapping, etc.

Lap Song (motor coordination, rhythm & pitch development – all ages): Bounce your child on your lap to the beat while singing. Then swap out activities for “stickin’”(such as rocking, bouncing, leaning, shaking, tickling, etc.)

Make Up Lyrics (creativity, language development – ages 1-5): Sing the song as you do everyday activities, for example, “I’m cleaning with my Mommy...” or “I’m eating with my Mommy...” etc.
