Sing and Move: I’m an acorn small and brown (put index finger & thumb together to indicate “small”) 

Lying on the cold, hard ground. (cross arms & hold your arms & shiver) 

Everybody steps on me. (lift foot slowly and stomp on the word “steps”) 

That is why I’m cracked you see. (open arms slowly and clap sharply on the word “cracked.) 

I’m a nut. (cluck cluck with tongue while tapping your head) 

I’m a nut. (cluck cluck with tongue while tapping your head) 

I’m a nut, I’m a nut, I’m a nut. (cluck cluck with tongue while tapping your head) 

Take a Singing Walk: Take a walk and look for acorns. When you find them sing them the song.
